Description of job:


1. Fully responsible for the construction of the supply chain system of the smart selection business, and continuously propose reasonable improvement suggestions;

2. Organize, select, and evaluate suppliers, review the supplier's technical strength, production capacity, quality, delivery guarantee and comprehensive reputation, optimize qualified supplier resources, and establish strategic partnerships with key suppliers;

3. Participate in the development of the end-to-end management strategy and work objectives of the supply chain according to the business strategy, formulate the main work plan and coordinate internal and external resources, establish key work processes, and ensure the effective execution of daily work;

4. Effectively plan, manage and optimize the systems of demand planning, procurement, quality inspection and distribution to create an efficient and lean operational management foundation;

5. Supply chain team management, through effective training, incentives and performance management, enhance team effectiveness and build sustainable organizational capabilities.


Desired Candidate :

Job Requirements:


1. Bachelor degree or above, at least 8 years experience in supply chain management in the electronics, appliances, mobile industry;

2. Familiar with the supplier development process of electronic or structural parts, and have rich supplier resources, with priority in mobile phone, tablet, and intelligent product supply chain management work;

3. Proficient in procurement, operation, planning, distribution and full link management;

4. Familiar with supplier evaluation and inquiry system, rich experience in enterprise supplier management and operation;

5. Excellent planning, organization, execution and control skills, good communication skills and management skills across projects/departments.
