Roles and Responsibility :

 Prepared solar techno-commercial proposals, financial models to project feasibility and viability reports and IRR Payback sheets by coordinating preliminary engineering drawings, financial projections and other regulatory requirements. Acquired clients and extended external network by penetrating new markets by working closely with channel partners, raising awareness about the benefits of Solar PV across Residential, Commercial, Institutional and Industrial segments. Established and maintained partnerships and business relationships with key local strategic partners in the targeted geographical areas. Built and maintained strong relationships with external clients/customers and ensured consistent follow-ups to clear proposals and contractual agreements Acquired business deals by understanding the client's objectives and requirements, integrating business operations and contract requirements. Kept track of state and central government policies and market developments in order to ensure that our practices are updated timely. Prepared quarterly business plans, sales projection reports and developed growth strategies by monitoring the progress and analyzing the results with the top management. Increased brand awareness and market presence (by 100%) by representing the firm locally and internationally in exhibitions/trade fairs and conferences, provided feedback and suggestions on market insights/trends. Prospected potential clients through outbound cold calls, lead follow-ups, walk-ins, references and identified the key decision makers across client organizations and conducted business meetings. Developed and trained entry-level/junior staff into valuable sales personnel.
