The company is engaged in the manufacturing, marketing and sale of high quality, premium alcoholic, and non-alcoholic beverages made only from the finest ingredients. We are seeking a talented, service obsessed, resourceful and motivated executive assistant to support the team. This position requires a good eye for detail, a sense of urgency, and self motivation. The right candidate will be able to work independently with minimal direction, be meticulously organized and have excellent written and oral communication skills. Finally, professionalism in dealing with people both within and outside of the organization is imperative.
Roles and Responsibility :

  • Calendar management and scheduling of meetings
  • Tracking and helping drive completion of key projects and deliverables
  • Answer phone calls on behalf of the Founder and schedule conference calls as and when required
  • Create detailed travel itineraries for both domestic and international travel
  • Make purchases relating to travel and office supplies
  • Organize and maintain the office according to best practices - including but not limited to the 5S methodology
  • Complete and file expense reports
  • Typical clerical duties including but not limited to sending emails, photocopying, scanning, faxing,

typing meeting notes, couriering documents

  • Effectively communicate with people both within and outside the organization


Desired Candidate :


  • Four years of experience assisting at the executive level
  • Excellent command over English language
  • Good Microsoft Office skills
  • Self-started and motivator
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Clear, effective communication skills and experience in a collaborative and transparent, startup environment
  • Experience with lean methodologies.
