A new age start-up shaping the contours for craft alcoholic beverages in India. The company is engaged in the manufacturing, marketing and sale of high quality, premium alcoholic products. A Senior Brand Manager position is an excellent opportunity for someone to get involved at the founding stages of a consumer-focused company, in a highly challenging and interesting industry. They will be responsible for managing the brand from identifying unique market needs and consumer opportunities, building the brand strategy and developing advertising and promotion activities to create a desire amongst customers and end consumers and achieving brand commercial targets. The position will also be responsible for managing the allocated brand budget.
Roles and Responsibility :


Poition  :  Sr Brand Manager ( Luxury Food and Beverages Products)


Experience :  Minimum 9 Years.


CTC : Max 25 LPA




  • Develop the national brand strategy and brand plans including opportunities for the brand, promotion strategy, digital and content strategy to achieve targets on equity and market share
  • Propose brand specific goals ? Awareness, Interest, Desire and Action based on analysis of current situation and company?s business goals
  • Create brand pull and loyalty for portfolio growth and achievement of brand targets through identification of relevant properties, initiatives, advertisement and effective budget utilization
  • Assist Sales and Distribution in developing volume and profit forecasts and recommend pricing for the specified brand
  • Assist regional and trade marketing team in identifying drivers for key markets and preparing local brand plans aligned with the national plans
  • Determine and communicate the appropriate positioning, pricing, media and packaging
  • Lead the development of any new product and variant collaterals
  • Inspire agency and creative partners to elevate the brand communication
  • Implement best practices across all brand initiatives/briefs with the agencies and monitor their adherence and stay compliant
  • Champion and follow all policies relating to the responsible marketing of alcoholic beverages
  • Possess a strong branding and marketing background with a keen understanding of consumer behaviour, premium and luxury product marketing and branding
  • Passionate, self-motivated, consumer centric with an impeccable attention to detail
  • Ability to independently solve and think through business problems with a demonstrated ability towards developing innovative solutions
  • Possess excellent writing and communicating skills.
